Some White Castle locations throughout the country have gotten liquor licences and are serving beer and wine alongside their infamous sliders.
The one in Inver Grove Heights has not yet applied for a license, but tell us how you'd feel about the fast food restaurant serving alcohol.

I've got some interesting feedback on Facebook! Feel encouraged to leave some comments on the matter here, too.

White Castle, like McDonalds is a fast food chain. Get 'em in, get some food in 'em, and get 'em out the door to make room for other customers. Evidently some of their stores aren't doing as well as the one we have in IGH.
We have enough nbusinesses in the community now that serve liquor. Why give them more competition? I can't forsee the White Castle in IGH ever being granted a license to serve beer and wine.

When I was in Germany I enjoyed having a beer with my Big Mac (and the Germans liked a beer with their McRibs). I'm thinking a beer with some jalapeno burgers might not be too bad, either.
