PRESS RELEASE: Local Woman Receives Finance and Commerce Award

Connie McCoy, a vice president at Key Community Bank, was recognized as one of the "Top Women in Finance" by Finance and Commerce.

Finance and Commerce would like to congratulate Connie McCoy on receiving a Top Women in Finance award. The award honors outstanding efforts of women who are making notable contributions to their professions, their communities and society at large throughout Minnesota.

A vice president in private banking at Key Community Bank, Connie is heavily involved in the support of economic development in the Inver Grove Heights/South St. Paul area. She is past chair of the River Heights Chamber of Commerce and Progress Plus, a local economic development foundation.

“This year we honor four CEOs, six partners and shareholders, several presidents and a few business owners,” said Steve Jahn, the vice president and publisher of Finance & Commerce, Inc. “The honorees represent a very strong showing of some of the top women in the Minnesota business community.”

The fifty honorees will receive their award Nov. 10 at the Hyatt Regency—Minneapolis in downtown Minneapolis.
