BLOG: Atkins Shows Support for Opponent's Band in 'Battle of the Bands' Championship
A lot of political candidates think you have to bash your opponent to win.
Not me.
In fact, the whole point of this column is to show my support for my opponent, Paul Tuschy, and for his band, in the “Battle of the Bands” Championship at Dean’s Tavern this Saturday night.
If you like hard rock, I think you will like Paul’s band, Smiling Politely.

Congrats to Paul Tuschy on making it to the "Battle of the Bands" Finals last night. While he and his band, Smiling Politely, didn't pull off the win, people who know music agree they put on a terrific performance.
