Thanks For Sharing

Well I was very surprised to see that the patch did a story on our 10,000 Stranger Project. It was great to see all the exposure we received in the process.
We made some fun changes to the website. I left Inver Grove and Simley 10 years ago for South Saint Paul and the Packers and I gotta say I am a Packer through and through. Whenever anyone gives me any flack about it my response is always the same; "What is that you are loyal to? The Building? The Logo? The Jersey we wore 15 years ago? Or the People?"
It is still fun though so we have a sales scoreboard. Simley scored 4 sales today after being down 4-0. Scoreboard reads 4-4. Now what? Game on.
Minnesota is also beating the US 9-0 which means we need to spread out of state and find 9,991 Strangers.
One minor change is that while the focus is specifically to find "Strangers" we are counting to 10,000 regardless. I dont think anyone is going to complain unless I have to keep track of who is a "Stranger" and who isn't.

FB Post Today-We are just over $500 donated in 3 weeks. Last week or so I mentioned that if we could get the donated amount up to $1000 by Friday August 23rd that I would donate an extra $50 to the cause on our list that has received the smallest amount donated. It will require a big week....or big hearts.
