What has happened to IGH Patch??

This used to be the best source for IGH news. But within the last year, things have gone downhill, fast. The articles now are usually state/national stories, kitchy blogs and sponsored. What happened to the local police reports/arrests, IGH only news, ISD 199 stories etc etc etc. My understanding is that the Patch is supposed to be local. Where else are we going to get this news from? The local news channels and news papers don't give us this information. And not to take anything away from the current Editor, but he lives in Albertville, no where near IGH. I just think it is sad. This used to be one of my favorite websites, now...I dont know what it is.
