MISSING: Hibbing, Duluth, Mpls Police Searching For This Man

Andrew Wagner's credit card was used in Inver Grove Heights last week.

Evidence that could lead to a man missing since May 3 was found in Inver Grove Heights on Friday, according to a spokesperson for the family of Andrew Wagner.

Born in New York City and raised in Bloomington, Ind., the Inver Grove Heights link to the 47-year-old Wagner "may be that the last known charge on his credit card showed Inver Grove Heights as the location," Lara Brown told Patch.

A Facebook event page dedicated to Wagner says the man who was living in Cherry (Minn.) was seen on the morning of May 3 at his home. It goes on to say his last known appearance was the same day at Greenwood Cemetary in Virginia, Minn. at around 2 p.m.

The page says he was "possibly headed to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area" and that he is presumed to be driving a red, 1964 Volvo 122s with a Minnesota license plate NX110.

Brown did not go into detail about possible reasons for Wagner's disappearance, but the Facebook page did say:

There is reason to be concerned for (Wagner's) safety. He quit his job and said formal goodbyes to several people he cared about. His phone is off and untraceable. The Hibbing, Duluth and Minneapolis police are actively looking for him.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Andrew Wagner is being asked to contact the St. Louis County Sheriff's Department or the Inver Grove Heights police department.
