VIDEO: "A Christmas Carol" Debuts on Thursday

A Christmas tradition for the Inver Grove Heights community is back at for its ninth year this December.

Awesome Children's Theater, under the direction of Rudd Rayfield, will host two performances of "A Christmas Carol" in the high school theater at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8 and Friday, Dec. 9. General admission tickets are $3 in advance and $5 at the door. The classic holiday play centers around the penny-pinching Scrooge and his encounters with the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future. Children ages eight through 14 are eligible to participate in children's theater productions as actors, stagehands or technicians. The program is funded by Northern Dakota County Tri-District Community Education.
