It's the most important meal of the day. It's fresh fruit, yogurt and granola and whole wheat toast. Maybe that's ideal for some of us.

For others, it's closer to bacon and sausage omelette, hashbrowns with onions and a stack of flapjacks with maple syrup—all washed down with a steaming hot cup a' joe.
