See What Sold for $610,000 in Inver Grove Heights
With summer here, home sales are heating up.
The Twin Cities housing market rebound continues to roll along and Inver Grove Heights is following suit.
In April, Inver Grove Heights' median sales price was $166,500, up 12.2 percent from $148,450 from the same month a year ago, according to data recemtly released by the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
