Snappy Spartan Ties the Knot!
With a rainy morning, Snappy sent the groom to pick up umbrellas. The rain subsided just as we began the ceremony. It turned into a beautiful and sunny day all the way around!
On Sunday, July 29, at 10 a.m. Snappy tied the knot to her soulmate on the Historic Rock Island Swing Bridge in Inver Grove Heights.
We were told by the City that our wedding is believed to be the first "official" wedding at this site.
The Marriage Ceremony was performed by Shane Burton, owner of The Wedding Professional. Photography was by Tracy Blowers with Universal Soul Photography. Our guest musician, Andrew Dziuk on trumpet, played "The Rejoicing," By Handel from his Royal Fireworks Suite as the bride approached. He also did a surprise Jazz version of "You Are My Sunshine," for the groom to wrap up the ceremony.
