Inver Hills Community College Dream Builders 2013

The Inver Hills Community College Dream Builders 2013 event was held on Thursday, April 11th.  This event was a fundraiser attended by professors and alumni of Inver Hills to raise money for scholarships that are given to current students.  It opened with an alumni reception which I attended with Gina Soukey (2013 Miss Inver Grove Heights Princess).  It was fun exchanging stories with past students of the college we currently attend.  We met visitors and greeted them as they entered the event.  I enjoyed seeing how surprised they were to be greeted by Inver Grove Heights Royalty.  The night also included dinner, a silent auction, and a live auction.  This event was extra special to me not only because I was representing the City, but also because of my connection with the school.
