mailbox tampering--it's against the law, yet as I have been walking my dog on 78th St E. by Oakwood Park, I am seeing resident's mail littering the streets. It isn't just junk mail, it is bills also. If you live on 78th St E and Clayton Ave, please alert your mail carrier and the police about this. Please also pick up your mail from your box as soon as possible, to keep the pranks from taking what is yours!
