All three runners are listed as having finished the marathon, but it's not known if they were near the finish line when the bombs exploded. According to the Boston Globe, runners have been diverted down Commonwealth Avenue, a few blocks away from the site of the explosions.

UPDATE 5:29 p.m. 4/15/13: Runner Mitchell Toborg contacted Patch minutes ago to say he is alive and well after crossing the finish line about an hour before the explosions went off.

"We had gotten back to our hotel room by then, turned on the news, and we've been glued to the TV ever since," he said.

UPDATE 9:30 a.m. 4/16/13: Runner Nancy Berry reached out to Patch this morning and confirmed that she and her husband, who was in Boston supporting her run, are both alright. Berry had finished her run about 45 minutes before the blasts, she said.

"This morning, my husband and I are doing some sightseeing, and the people of Boston are just devastated. They feel horrible that this has happened," Berry said.

Patch has so far been unable to contact the last remaining Inver Grove Heights resident participating in the marathon. If you are trying to locate someone who was in the area of the Boston Marathon this afternoon or if you have definite, first-hand information on the whereabouts of someone who was at the marathon, Google has set up a People Finder service to help.
