Body Pulled From Mississippi River South of Wakota Bridge

A man's body was recovered from the Mississippi River about a half-mile south of the Wakota Bridge at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday night, according to a Pioneer Press article.

Inver Grove Heights Police Department was among the enforcement agencies that assisted in the recovery effort.

Authorities are working to identify the remains.
