High-Speed Chase Driver Headed to Trial After Judge Finds Probable Cause
If convicted of the most serious offense—fleeing a peace officer resulting in substantial bodily harm—Eric Tyler Lee, 19, could spend up to five years in prison and be ordered to pay a $10,000 fine.

Lee pleaded not guilty to the charges just prior to Judge Pekkio ruling that the case should be heard by a jury.
Lee is being held in the Dakota County Jail on an $80,000 bond. His settlement conference is scheduled for Aug. 22 and, if necessary, Lee's jury trial will begin Sept. 10.
