Night to Unite Parties Begin Tuesday Afternoon in Inver Grove Heights
Where ever it is you might live in the Heights, chances are there's a block party near you.
Heading out tonight? Chances are you're going to bump into a roadblock somewhere.
This evening, of course, is the National Night to Unite celebration, and there are literally dozens of block parties scheduled for tonight around Inver Grove Heights.
A complete list, courtesy of the IGH Police Department, is attached.
Police and fire crews will show up at several neighborhoods to interact with IGH community members and residents. It's all part of the national effort to get neighbors together to prevent crime, help each other in times of need and, well, enjoy a summer night.
Unfortunately, there's a bit of rain in the forecast for the day, but don't let that dampen your spirits.
