Search Warrant Grants Access to Jenna Schultz's Cars, Electronics

Schultz is scheduled to appear in Dakota County court on July 23. If convicted of the felony charges, she could spend up to five years in prison and be ordered to pay a $10,000 fine.

Former student teacher Jenna Anne Schultz, of Minnetonka, has had several items removed from her residence, courtesy of Hennepin County Sheriff's deputies. 

According to a Hennepin County search warrant, items removed from Schultz's home include the following:

  • Photos of Jenna Anne Schultz (Feb. 12, 1986)
  • Cell phone from Schultz's purse
  • Duracell 2 GB flash drive
  • Scan Disk 8 GB flash drive
  • Red and silver flash drive
  • Paperwork from Schultz's wallet including username info
  • Acer laptop
  • Business cards

The search warrant also included any/all contents inside a 2001 Chevy and a 2002 Mazda.

The 26-year-old with two counts of felony stalking and one count of contributing to the deliqunency of a minor after allegedly sending Facebook messages containing sexual content to one of her 17-year-old students.

Schultz allegedly contacted the boy via Facebook and began sending him messages on May 11.

According to police documents, some of the correspondence between Schultz and the alleged victim includes the following exchange:

Schultz: "Damn, what was I thinking you are so going to embarrass me please don't I am so going to be ruined so kind of regretting it I'm sure FB is on your phone can you reassure me at least."

Alleged victim: "What does that entitle me to? 

Schultz: "In private you will find out."
