According to a Sept. 20 summons complaint, the girl’s mother told police that her daughter and Marks had sex on “multiple occasions" while Marks was living with his grandmother in Inver Grove Heights.

The girl’s mother also said she had spoken to Marks about the pregnancy, but Marks told her that he didn’t want his name on the birth certificate because he didn’t want to get in trouble.
