Burke Nominated by Kline of Naval Academy
Congressman John Kline nominated Inver Grove Heights native Kyle Burke for the U.S. Naval Academy.
Inver Grove Heights resident and South St. Paul High School graduate Kyle Burke was nominated by Congressman John Kline to attend the the U.S. Naval Academy.
Burke, a member of the National Honor Society, is currently attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His parents are Glenn and Pamela Burke.
Kline honored more than two dozen students from Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District at a ceremony in his Burnsville office to recognize his nominees to the U.S. Service Academies.
“As a retired Marine Corps Colonel and a member of the House Armed Services Committee, I take a great deal of pride in the fine young men and women who serve our country,” Kline said. “The caliber of Service Academy candidates is high and it is an honor to nominate the best candidates the 2nd District has to offer.”
