Primary 2012: Voting Info for Inver Grove
Here's a look at what you'll find on the ballot Tuesday, Aug. 14. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Voters in Inver Grove Heights will head to the polls Tuesday for primary elections.
For partisan races, the purpose of the State Primary is to determine the candidate from each party who will advance to the State General Election on Nov. 6. Voters must only vote for candidates from one party.
For nonpartisan races, the purpose is to determine the two candidates who will be placed on the November ballot.

Polls in Inver Grove will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
Lorie Skjerven Gildea, Jill Clark and Dan Griffith are all vying for the position of Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice. Alan Nelson, Tim Tingelstad and David R. Stras are contending in the primary for Minnesota Supreme Court Associate Justice, Seat 4.
