While the Inver Grove Heights City Council won't be meeting this week, the city's Planning Commission meets Monday night.
The only item on the agenda is a request from an property owner seeking to build an "impervious surface" on a plot of land on the 7600 block of Addisen Court.
According to the Planning Commission agenda, the property owner is currently building a house on the lot, and wants permission to add another 136 square feet of either patio or shed to the driveway, house, sidewalk, and porch that are already in the plans. The commission is being asked to square the proposal with the city's stormwater regulations.
