Get the NOT ME! attitude to ensure that you or family members are not a victim at home, out shopping, on vacation or away at school. 1 in 4 women will face assault in their lifetime. Nearly any assault can be prevented or you can escape when you have the right tools.
This training will open your eyes and put you in a safer world. Two hours of the class will focus on preventing and avoiding assaults by understanding the who, what, when, where and how attacks happen. The final hour teaches how to escape if the worst happens. Regardless of age, size or physical condition, these simple techniques work.

Great event for moms and their daughters ages 13+. If your daughter is heading off to college, don't let her leave without this training! If you have ever wondered how to react in an attack, you need to attend. Leave feeling empowered and prepared.
