Calling all haunted homeowners-we need you to show off your creepily decorated home!  The Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a free Halloween House Decorating Contest with a great prize for the spookiest house in Inver Grove Heights.  You must be registered to be eligible for prizes;  Judging will take place on Wed, Oct. 26.  Inver Grove Heights residents only.  Call 651-450-2585 to register
