Announcement: Portion of Hwy 3 To Close For Much of Summer

Signs were erected on May 22 to notify the public that Highway 3 will be closed from the north side of the Amana Trail Intersection to south side of the 72nd Circle West starting May 29. 

The road is being closed to facilitate the construction of a turn lane to provide safe access to Autumn Way. The road will reopen no later than July 21.

During the closure, however, local residences will have access to their properties at all times.

Properties south of will access from the south (Argenta Hills Subdivision and 7884 South Robert Trail). Properties north of the golf course will access from the north (7245 South Robert Trail).

Notices have been sent to property owners adjacent to the project.
