Truly an asset to Inver Grove Heights. Professional staff and excellent food and service. We eat there quite often and have never had a bad meal.

Ruby's is pretty good as long as I stick to the appetizers or salad bar. It's their full meals that always seem to be lacking variety and flavor. They just tend to the bland side and invariably include some side dish that I have to ask them to omit.
