A nationwide warrant has been issued for an Inver Grove Heights man accused of assaulting the mother of his children at their home on May 1. Willie Samuel Shaw, 32, is charged with making terroristic threats, a felony punishable with up to five years in jail and a $3,000 fine; and gross misdemeanor domestic assault, punishable of up to a year in jail and a $900 fine. According to the Dakota County District Court complaint: Shaw allegedly verbally assaulted, kicked the shin and threw a remote control at the victim after her mother came to the home to retrieve a dog. Police say Leslie Ann Frank picked up a man's Vicodin prescription without authorization, then attempted to have the prescription refilled two weeks later.
An Inver Grove Heights woman has been charged with fraudulently obtaining 90 Vicodin pills that were prescribed for someone else, then attempting to refill the prescription two weeks later. Leslie Ann Frank, 32, is charged with two counts of felony fifth-degree drug possession, each of which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. According to the criminal complaint, an employee of a pharmacy in Inver Grove Heights contacted police on July 20 and said Frank had picked up a Vicodin prescription for an individual on July 11. Police say Toi Denisha Shambley, who was upset because she was fired from the facility, allegedly threatened to burn down the home and also directly threatened two employees.
A St. Paul woman has been arrested on a warrant charging her with threatening to burn down a senior health care home in Inver Grove Heights after she was fired from the facility. Toi Denisha Shambley, 29, is charged with two felony counts of making terroristic threats, each of which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Kathleen Ann Letourneau, 40, is facing as much as 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine for second-degree burglary.
A 40-year-old Inver Grove Heights woman has been charged with multiple felonies after police say she stole 20 DVDs and an IPad 2 from the home of her son's girlfriend and racked up almost $4,000 in stolen electronics from the Walmart store in Hastings. According to a Dakota County criminal complaint, Kathleen Ann Letourneau admitted to Inver Grove Heights police she stole the DVDs and IPad after dropping off her son and his girlfriend at her house. Letourneau told police she stole the keys to the alleged victim’s home while the victim’s daughter was spending time with her son. Sharon Lee Pieske, 43, is accused of stealing $1500 from a pull tab collection box located in a bar on Concord Blvd.
A 43-year-old Inver Grove Heights woman is scheduled to make her first appearance in Dakota County court May 21 after being accused of stealing $1500 from a collection box used to fund the IGH Youth Soccer Association. Sharon Lee Pieske was charged Apr. 24 with felony theft after Inver Grove Heights police viewed video surveillance from a Concord Blvd. bar that allegedly showed her going behind the counter and stealing money from a pull tab box. The criminal complaint said police were called after the bartender realized the money was missing. This man is scum. I have known of him for many years. I have a few friends that know him pretty well. He has physically abused his girlfriend for years.
