An Inver Grove Heights man is accused of accidentally starting a fire that caused $300 of smoke and water damage to a storage facility. Jason Ista, who graduated from Simley High School in 1993 and owns a custom computer business, is being charged with second-degree arson and misdemeanor domestic assault after an altercation with a woman outside an Inver Grove Heights storage facility. He's being held on a $100,000 bail in Dakota County Jail.
