IGH Woman Threatened to Slit Officer's Throat, Stab Him in the Ear, Police Say

Kaylee Michelle Miller, 19, faces a bevy of criminal charges after allegedly lashing out at officers who were trying to assist her.

Police officers attempting to help an Inver Grove Heights resident caught outside in freezing temperatures allegedly got nothing but violence and verbal threats in return for their assistance. Kaylee Michelle Miller, 19, was charged with one felony count of terroristic threats, one gross misdemeanor count of fouth-degree assault, one gross misdemeanor count of obstructing the legal process and one gross misdemeanor count of giving false information to the police. If convicted on the terroristic threats charge, Miller could face a maximum of five years in prison and $10,000 in fines. On Jan. 5, Eagan police were dispatched to a restaurant on Nicols Road on a report of an intoxicated driver. An officer located the vehicle and spoke to the …
