Argenta Hills Commercial Space Searching for Tenants
IGH officials hope for a mix of retail, restaurants and service providers.
The commercial buildings at the new Argenta Hills development in Inver Grove Heights are ready and waiting for tenants. Tom Link, community development director for Inver Grove Heights, said the three buildings were finished in November. “Our understanding is they are getting pretty close to putting some leases together, but the owner has not told us yet,” Link said. The owner/developer of Argenta Hills, near the intersection of Robert Trail S. and Hwy. 55, is McGough Construction. The mixed-use area is anchored by the Super Target store, which opened mid-2012.
