Greenways take away tax base from cities, the county, and school districts. Rules prohibit utilities from passing though thus you have to go around them unless they are already there. Same with roads. This adds great expense. The county purchases the rights to the use the land with our money. They will tell you that they are using deeds money which is in fact our money, and they use federal money… more ›
