The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the Twin Cities metro area beginning this afternoon. The forecast says Dakota County could receive one to two inches of snow tonight, mainly after 9 o’clock. Less than an inch is possible on Friday. The National Weather Service in Chanhassen is predicting high temperatures for the rest of this work week to range between 34 and 43. While those temperatures are near or above average for this time of year, they probably will feel chilly as compared to today’s high. At 11:30 a.m., the weather station at Fleming Field in South St. Paul was reporting foggy and misty conditions and a temperature of 55 degrees.
