UPDATED: Inver Grove Heights Woman, Apple Valley Man Arrested on Prostitution Charges

Cara Marie Boehm of Inver Grove Heights and Mark David Catlin of Apple Valley were arrested last month in an Eagan hotel.

Editor's Note: The charge of solicitation of prostitution against Mark Catlin was eventually dismissed, after Catlin attended an awareness program hosted by nonprofit group "Breaking Free." If Catlin remains law-abiding, the charge of disorderly conduct will be stayed for a one-year probationary period and then dismissed. An Apple Valley man and an Inver Grove Heights woman are facing prostitution charges after they were arrested last month in an Eagan hotel. Mark David Catlin, 46, of Apple Valley is charged with solicitation of a prostitute, a gross misdemeanor which carries a maximum penalty of a year in jail and a $3,000 fine. He is also charged with disorderly conduct, which has a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. …
