Predatory Offender Accused of Living in IGH, West St. Paul Without Notifying Authorities

Jennifer Marie Vanwagner of West St. Paul was convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a juvenile male in Chisago County.

On Monday night, Jennifer Marie Vanwagner of West St. Paul was being boarded on $30,000 bail in the Ramsey County Jail. Vanwagner—also known as Jennifer Marie Hultman—was charged in Dakota County on Dec. 7 with one count of felony failure to registered as a predatory offender. Inver Grove Heights Man Charged with Inappropriately Touching Woman

Mark Paul Delkoski faces a charge of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

An Inver Grove Heights man has been charged with criminal sexual conduct after authorities say he inappropriately touched a neighbor last week. Mark Paul Delkoski, 38, faces a gross misdemeanor charge of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, which carries a maximum penalty of a year in prison and a $3,000 fine. Delkoski is free on a $6,000 bond and was ordered to have no contact with the victim. An omnibus hearing in his case is scheduled Nov. 7 in Dakota County District Court in Hastings. According to the criminal complaint, Inver Grove Heights police were called to a home last Thursday and spoke to a female victim, whom they described as “hysterical and crying.” The victim told police that her neighbor, Delkoski, had grabbed her shirt …

An Inver Grove Heights man has been charged with criminal sexual conduct involving a mentally-impaired victim after police said he touched a woman inappropriately and tried to get her to have sex with him. Michael Joseph Hall, 47, is charged with two felony counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, each of which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Hall remained in the Dakota County Jail Tuesday on a $20,000 bond. An omnibus hearing in his case is scheduled for Aug. 22 in Dakota County District Court in Hastings. …

My husband was ACQUITTED yesturday of ALL charges!!! There wasn't ever any investigation from the IGH police dept., if anyone would have just did a little digging then they never would have published this article in the 1st place.
