Inver Grove Man Accused of Stealing Packages from UPS Facility

Phat Vinh Nguyen, who was employed at the UPS distribution center in Eagan, has been charged with one count of felony mail theft.

Phat Vinh Nguyen is charged with one count of mail theft. The felony is punishable by up to three years in jail and a fine of between $1,500 and $5,000. According to a Dakota County criminal summons released Tuesday: A UPS employee reported to United Parcel Service Security that Nguyen allegedly was stealing packages from the facility’s customer service area.
