Traffic Stop in Inver Grove Heights Nets Fugitive of Justice
Inver Grove Heights police pulled over Alejandro Soilo Manzanares for speeding on Dec. 1. The man was wanted in Iowa on a felony warrant.

Alejandro Soilo Manzanares remained held without bail in the Dakota County Jail on Thursday night. He was charged with one count of felony fugitive of justice. According to the Dakota County criminal complaint released this week: Inver Grove Heights police stopped a vehicle driven by Manzanares that was clocked going 73 miles per hour in a 55-mile-per-hour zone. A license check revealed that Manzanares was being sought on a felony warrant in Black Hawk County, IA for a probation violation. …
