Katherine Langworthy took first place in a bubblegum blowing contest at the Inver Hills Community College bookstore Wednesday. The event was one of the “Wild Wednesday” promotions at the store. Each student was given two pieces of Bubble Yum and then they competed in bubble size. First prize was an speaker system docking station for an iPod.
