UPDATE: Bail Remains at $150,000 for Man Arrested in IGH Police Standoff

Joseph John Gallahue, 20, was charged with a felony dangerous weapons crime following the Dec. 28 incident.

A bond hearing was held Friday morning in Hastings for Joseph John Gallahue, who allegedly was holed up with a gun in a residence for six hours on Dec. 28. Gallahue has been charged with a felony dangerous weapons crime, according to court records. The court ruled to keep his bail for release from the Dakota County Jail at $150,000 without conditions, or $100,000 with conditions, which include not using or possessing a firearm and not leaving the state without written permission.
