Predatory Offender Accused of Living in IGH, West St. Paul Without Notifying Authorities

On Monday night, Jennifer Marie Vanwagner of West St. Paul was being boarded on $30,000 bail in the Ramsey County Jail. Vanwagner—also known as Jennifer Marie Hultman—was charged in Dakota County on Dec. 7 with one count of felony failure to registered as a predatory offender.
